MARCH 2020

I received the acceptance letter for the Fall 2020 cohort of the "Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science" program at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. .

DECEMBER 2019

I am an incoming Summer Research Scholar at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

​

I will be conducting research under Professor Helen Sword on Higher Education Researcher Development for determining a set of recommendations on institutional "best practices".

OCTOBER 2019

II will be delivering a talk on "Serious Gaming with Python" where I delve into the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Serious/Therapeutic Gaming as well as introduce PyGame for Serious Game Development.

AUGUST 2019

I delivered a talk titled "How may AI help you?" at the Anxiety Tech Conference in the Microsoft Reactor Space at 11 Times Square in New York City, New York. 

 

My talk included information regarding the starting blocks of being a successful Artificial Intelligence practitioner for Deep Learning in the field of Mental Health, and discussed various case studies where AI has already helped curb the progress and prevalence of certain mental health conditions. The topics included were: Decision Making, Virtual Affective Agents, Serious and Therapeutic Games, Human Behavior Modeling and Simulation, Mobile and Wearable Technologies, and Ethical Issues.

JULY 2019

I delivered a talk titled "Entering the world of Serious Games with Python". This talk included the following:

JANUARY 2019

Among 150+ applications from all around the world, I am one of the chosen 15 who has been provided with a scholarship to attend the Women in Analytics Conference in Columbus, Ohio!

OCTOBER 2018

I received the Facebook PyTorch Scholarship (powered by Udacity).

 

This scholarship aims to provide knowledge about the open-source Machine Learning library and how to effectively make impressive models using the same.

OCTOBER 2018

I wrote and published a book titled "The Horrors of Happiness".

 

In its premiere week, it ranked #81 under the category of the Best Horror books currently available worldwide via Amazon.

​

Till date, it has garnered over 150 readers worldwide and continues to grow each day.

SEPTEMBER 2018

One of my first Machine Learning applications was voted one of the top machine learning projects by the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) Chennai.

 

Project Eunoia works for the upliftment of mental health awareness and improvement in a workplace environment using machine learning.
